Its unique irregular curved shape perfectly cradles my neck and shoulders, relieving the stiffness I get from long hours working at the computer every single day. The muted Light Grey color is so elegant and subtle, the embossed “have a good sleep” slogan is such a lovely tiny detail that makes it look high-end.
