Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Times We ship to the United Kingdom and internationally. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

- Rest of World: 14–30 business days

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. Free shipping may be available on selected products or promotions.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your order's progress.
Fulfilment Little Peonies works with trusted fulfilment partners to deliver your orders. In some cases, items may be shipped directly from our supplier's warehouse.
Lost or Delayed Orders If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at dorcaskasalako@gmail.com and we will investigate promptly.
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
Important Notice Regarding Battery-Operated Products
Some of our products contain rechargeable lithium-ion batteries (such as the SmartCup). These items may be subject to additional carrier handling requirements and could take slightly longer to arrive than standard products. In some cases, battery-operated items may ship separately from the rest of your order and will have their own tracking number.
